Finance/Treasury/City Clerk

The Accounting and Finance Department is under the direction of the City Clerk/Treasurer and Finance Director, Mike Bailey. The department encompasses the following divisions: Treasury, Utility Billing, Accounts Receivable and Cashiering, Court Clerk, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Budgeting, Payroll, and the office of the City Clerk.
